The quality warranty period for our products is 12 months from the day the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination. We provide free fittings during the guarantee period, excluding physical damage. Users are required to return damaged fittings at their own cost before we send back alternative parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement of fittings will be charged.
Our engineers offer online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any installation, operation, or maintenance issues. If online support is insufficient, we provide Door to Door service. Assistance with visa formalities, travel expenses, and accommodation is required for on-site maintenance.
