1) Our commitment to quality extends to a comprehensive 12-month warranty period, commencing from the date the shipment arrives at the port of destination. During this period, we will provide replacement fittings at no extra cost, barring any physical damage. For replacements, please return the damaged parts to us via courier at your expense, and we will dispatch the alternative parts. Post-warranty, any required repairs or replacements will be reasonably charged to you.
2) Given the challenges of in-person maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax, to help with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance queries you may encounter.
3) For issues that cannot be resolved through online support, we provide an on-site Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, your assistance with visa procedures, prepayment of travel expenses, and accommodation arrangements during their visit will be necessary. Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch our skilled mechanical and electrical engineers for installation. The buyer is responsible for providing board and lodging for our personnel during the installation process, along with a daily fee of USD 150.00 per person. We will also assist with visa and installation preparations before travelling abroad.
