Our quality warranty spans a generous 12 months, starting from the day your Torno CNC Lathe with Living Tool Center arrives at the destination port. This excludes any physical damage. During this period, we are pleased to offer complimentary fittings. Kindly return any damaged fittings to us by courier at your expense before we send the replacements. Post-warranty, any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged at a reasonable rate.

Our expert technical support is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to assist with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.

Should online support be insufficient for resolving installation, use, or adjustment problems, we offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers on-site, please assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, arrange accommodations, and provide a translator. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no additional cost.

5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will also assist the buyer in handling visa and installation preparation prior to departure.
