1) Our quality warranty period spans a full 12 months, starting from the moment your shipment reaches the port of destination. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects, excluding physical damage. During this time, we will provide necessary fittings free of charge. Please note that users must return the damaged parts to us via courier at their expense before we send the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be the user's financial responsibility.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical assistance is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax, helping you with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
3) Should you encounter issues that our online support cannot resolve, we provide Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments onsite, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the service period. Additionally, please provide a translator for our engineers if necessary. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for long-term, free technical training.

4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the one-year warranty period, any issues arising from product quality will be addressed with free maintenance services, including free replacement parts when necessary. For problems not related to our machine quality, should you require our engineers' repair services, a reasonable service fee will apply.
5. Can your company send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the arrival of the machine at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch our skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with the setup as per the buyer's schedule. While we provide this expert assistance, the buyer is responsible for the accommodation and a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. We will also assist with visa arrangements and installation preparations to ensure a smooth installation process.
