1) We provide a 12-month quality warranty starting from the date the product reaches its destination port, excluding any physical damage. During this period, we offer complimentary fittings. Please note that damaged fittings must be returned to us by courier, at your expense, before we send replacements. Post-warranty, any repair or replacement of fittings will be subject to reasonable charges.
2) Given the complexity of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical experts are available via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to assist with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If online support is insufficient, we can provide on-site service. For our engineers to visit, you must assist with visa formalities, cover travel expenses, and arrange accommodations. Additionally, please arrange a translator for the duration of their visit. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no cost.

We guarantee delivery within 15-30 days after receiving your payment, ensuring you get your machine promptly.
4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, if there are any issues due to product quality, we provide free maintenance and parts replacement. If the problem is not related to our machine's quality, and you require our engineers for repair services, we will charge a reasonable fee for their assistance.
5.Can your company send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch skilled mechanical and electrical engineers according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for covering the board and lodging of our personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist the buyer in handling visa arrangements and installation preparations prior to deployment.
