1) We offer a quality warranty period of 12 months from the arrival date of the shipment at the destination port, excluding physical damage. During this period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Note that users must return damaged parts to us via courier at their own expense before we send replacements. After the warranty period, any needed repairs or replacements will be reasonably charged to the user.
2) Due to the difficulty of on-site maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical support is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for assistance with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If online support cannot resolve your issues with installation, usage, or adjustment, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require an engineer to visit your location, please assist with visa formalities, prepaid travel expenses, and accommodation arrangements. Additionally, please arrange for a translator to assist our service engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for extensive, free technical training.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set, accompanied by a comprehensive one-year warranty.
2. What brand of the bearing do you use?
We use high-quality NSK bearings, imported from Japan.
3. When is the delivery time?
Delivery is guaranteed within 15-30 days after payment has been received.
4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, we take full responsibility for any product quality issues, providing free maintenance and, if necessary, free replacement parts. If the issue is not related to our machine's quality, we offer repair services at a reasonable cost. Should engineers be required onsite, the associated expenses will be charged.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure seamless installation aligned with the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for covering the board, lodging, and a daily fee of USD150.00 per person during the installation process. We also assist with visa processing and other preparations to ensure a smooth setup abroad.
