1) Our quality warranty period extends for a full 12 months from the date your shipment arrives at the destination port, with exceptions for physical damage. During this warranty period, we provide free replacement fittings. Please note that all users must return the damaged parts to us via courier at their expense before we dispatch the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required fittings and repairs will incur a reasonable charge.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) For issues that online support cannot resolve, we offer Door to Door service. If you need our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, you must assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. Additionally, please provide a translator for the service engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for extensive, long-term free technical training.

If the machine issue is not related to our product quality, and you require our engineers for repairs, a service fee will be applicable.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's site, we promptly dispatch our mechanical and electrical engineers for installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer covers the board and lodging expenses for our personnel during the installation process, along with a daily fee of USD150.00 per person. The seller will assist the buyer with visa and installation preparations beforehand.
