1) Our commitment to quality extends with a 12-month warranty from the date of arrival at your destination port, covering all non-physical damages. During this period, we will provide replacement fittings at no extra cost. To facilitate this, kindly return the damaged parts by courier at your expense before we dispatch the replacements. Post-warranty, any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged at a reasonable rate.
2) Understanding the challenges of remote assistance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical team is accessible via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to assist with installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues. This ensures you receive prompt and effective solutions without the need for on-site visits.
3) For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we offer Door-to-Door service. 5. Can your company send technical personnel to our site to train our workers?
Upon the machine's arrival at the installation site, we will promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation as per the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and meal expenses of the personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD 150.00 per day per person. We will also cooperate with the buyer in handling visa and installation preparations.
