1) Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We offer free fittings during the warranty period, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their own cost before receiving replacement parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement fittings will incur reasonable charges.
2) To provide efficient technical support, we offer online assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) In cases where online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Customers can request our engineers to visit their location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments. Visa formalities, travel expenses, and accommodation arrangements are to be covered by the customer. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers to our factory for long-term technical training.
