1) Our quality warranty period extends for a full 12 months, beginning from the day the product arrives at your designated port of destination. During this period, excluding any physical damage, we will provide you with replacement fittings at no additional cost. Kindly return the damaged parts to us via courier at your expense before we send the replacement parts. Once the warranty period has ended, any required repairs or replacement parts will be your responsibility and will be reasonably charged.
2) Given the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. Whether you encounter issues with installation, operation, adjustment, or maintenance, we are here to help remotely.
3) Should you face issues that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door Service. If you require our engineers for on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustment of your machine, please assist us with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please provide a translator for our service engineer. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our factory for comprehensive, long-term technical training at no extra cost.

During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance and replacement parts. If the issue is not related to machine quality and the buyer requires our engineers for repair services, we will charge a reasonable fee for the service.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch both mechanical and electrical engineers to oversee the installation according to the buyer's schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' accommodation and meals abroad during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. The seller will collaborate with the buyer to arrange visas and prepare for installation before traveling.
