We are pleased to offer a quality warranty of 12 months, starting from the day the shipment reaches its destination port, excluding physical damage. During this period, we will provide free fittings. However, we kindly ask that you return the damaged fittings to us by courier, at your cost, before we send the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any parts that require repair or replacement will be charged reasonably.

Recognizing the challenges of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical assistance is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax to help with installation, operation, adjustments, and maintenance.

If you encounter issues that our online support cannot resolve, we provide Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine onsite, please assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the service. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term, free technical training.

5. Can your company dispatch technical personnel to train our workers at our facility?
Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we promptly send mechanical and electrical engineers according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for lodging and boarding expenses abroad during installation, along with a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also work with you to handle visa and installation preparations before traveling.
