1) Our products come with a 12-month quality warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. We offer free fittings during the warranty period, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their own cost before receiving replacement parts. After the warranty period, repair or replacement fittings will be charged at a reasonable rate.
2) Due to the difficulty of face-to-face maintenance, we provide extensive online support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
3) If online support is insufficient, we offer Door to Door service. Customers requiring on-site assembly, maintenance, or adjustment by our engineers must cover visa fees, travel expenses, and accommodation. A translator is also necessary during the service period. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers for free technical training at our factory.
