1) Our quality warranty period extends for 12 months, commencing from the date the shipping commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding any physical damage. During this warranty period, we will provide you with necessary fittings free of charge. Please note, all users are required to return the damaged fittings to us via courier, at your expense, prior to us dispatching the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any fittings requiring repair or replacement will incur a reasonable fee.
2) Given the challenge of onsite maintenance, we've established an extensive online support system. We provide technical assistance through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and similar concerns.
3) Should you encounter issues with installation, usage, or adjustment that cannot be resolved via online support, we offer Door-to-Door Service. If our engineer(s) are required to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine at your location, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation during the business trip and service period. Additionally, please provide a translator for our service engineer during their visit. Alternatively, you may send your engineer to our factory for long-term, free technical training.

4. How to handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance and parts replacement. Should the issue be unrelated to our machine's quality, and if the buyer requires our engineers for repair services, appropriate costs will be charged.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we promptly dispatch mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation as per the buyer’s schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and board of our personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist with visa and installation preparations before traveling abroad.
