1) Our quality warranty period extends for 12 months from the date of arrival at your destination port, excluding any physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide free fittings. However, users are kindly requested to return damaged fittings to us by courier at their own expense before we send the replacements. After the warranty period, any required repairs or replacements will be chargeable at reasonable rates.
2) Given the challenge of face-to-face maintenance, we offer extensive online support. We provide technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and more.
3) In case online support is insufficient for your installation, usage, or adjustment issues, we offer Door-to-Door service. If our engineers need to visit your location, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the business trip and service period. Also, please arrange a translator for the service engineer if necessary. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for comprehensive, long-term free technical training.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one set. We provide a comprehensive one-year warranty on our products.

4. How do you handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, our company will provide free maintenance and replacement of necessary parts. For issues not related to product quality, if the buyer requires our engineers for repair services, appropriate costs will be charged.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly send our mechanical and electrical engineers as per the buyer’s schedule. The buyer is responsible for the accommodation and board of personnel during the installation process, as well as a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. The seller will assist with visa and installation preparations beforehand.
