Our quality warranty period extends to a generous 12 months from the day the product reaches the destination port, barring any physical damage. During this period, we gladly provide free fittings. Please note, users must return any damaged fittings to us at their cost before we dispatch replacement parts. After the warranty expires, any necessary repairs or replacements will be reasonably charged to the user.

Given the challenges our engineers face in providing on-site support, we are committed to offering comprehensive online assistance. This includes technical support via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for any issues related to installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance, and beyond.

Should you encounter issues that our online support cannot resolve, we are prepared to offer Door-to-Door service. If you require our engineers to visit your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustments, you are kindly asked to facilitate visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of their visit. Additionally, please arrange for a translator to assist our engineers. Alternatively, you can send your engineers to our factory for extensive, free technical training.

We offer a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just one set, accompanied by a comprehensive one-year warranty.
2. What brand of bearings do you utilize in your machines?
We exclusively use NSK bearings from Japan, renowned for their superior quality and durability.
3. What is your delivery time frame?
Your order will be delivered within 15-30 days after we receive your payment.
4. How is the warranty period managed?
During the warranty period, if any quality issues arise, we will provide free maintenance and parts replacement. If the issue is not related to our machine's quality, we can send engineers for repairs at a reasonable cost upon the buyer's request.
5. Can your company dispatch technical personnel to our site for worker training?
Upon the machine's arrival at your installation site, we will promptly send skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation as per your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' board and lodging during the installation process and an additional USD150.00 per day per person. We will also support the buyer in handling visas and installation preparations.
