The quality warranty period extends for a full 12 months starting from the day the product arrives at your port of destination. This warranty excludes any physical damage. During this time, we will provide replacement fittings free of charge. However, users must return the damaged parts to us via courier, at their own expense, before we send the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any repair or replacement of fittings will be the user’s responsibility and will be reasonably charged.
