Our quality machinery comes with a 12-month warranty starting from the arrival date at the destination port. During this period, we provide free fittings, excluding physical damage. Customers are responsible for returning damaged fittings at their cost before receiving replacements. After the warranty period, repair or replacement costs will be incurred by the customer.
For technical support, we offer online assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance issues.
